Technology & HR

Having the right technology is great as it enables users to work effectively and efficiently. But there is still a process that needs to be adhered to, to make sure your users are safe. When you onboard a new member of staff, it isn’t as simple as giving them a laptop and access to your businesses data and asking them to “crack-on and work”.
The rules have changed and part of onboarding a new member of staff means they will be required to go through a few HR policies to meet the business requirements.
Of course, everybody likes to be paid, so ensuring the business has the new employee’s correct bank details along with National Insurance details helps for smoothness. There should also be an employee-handbook to list other do’s and don’ts of the business. A large part of onboarding new members of staff is making sure they are up to date with Cyber Security and maybe part of the onboarding is to go through some Cyber Awareness Training.
If you are a business owner and would like to know more about new HR policies, please complete the form and we’ll be in touch.
Through our selective partners for HR, you can expect the following:
  • Contract of employment templates that are bespoke to the needs of your business.
  • Statutory e-handbook and implementation method.
  • Reactive calls to give you advice, with a follow-up template letter required for you to effectively manage the case.
  • Monthly newsletter.
  • Monthly training video.

Outsourcing your HR helps to keep you up to date with any new legislation changes, giving you peace of mind that you’re always up to date.
A new e-handbook is sent to all employees keeping them up to date also.
